Our services comprise all matters required for the proper conveyance of the property including:


  • providing advice, reviewing and negotiating of contract terms and conditions
  • carrying out legal investigations of the property; searches with relevant councils
  • preparing settlement adjustment figures taking into account outgoings, taxes and fees, liaising with brokers and/or finance companies in order to arrange settlement bookings
  • attending to stamp duty requirements with the Office of State Revenue
  • attending at Settlement
